Andy Darch

After completing a degree in Early Years Education, Andy has been full time on the farm with his father for the past two years growing 140,000 broilers to RSPCA Freedom food standards.

He has a passion to educate and inform others about farming and the methods used, what happens, and what goes on different farms and why. However, he has not done as much of this as he would have liked over the past few years.

Outside work Andy likes to keep fit and active by going to the gym and mountain biking. He is aiming to do a triathlon at some point in the not too distant future and also is in his own words “a distinctly average skittler”. Any chance Andy gets he loves to get out and see the world, home or abroad.
